Our coach leaves York Railway Station at 3.00pm on Thursday 22nd April arriving at the Hull Ferry Terminal at 5.30pm, or alternatively you may join our coach at the ferry terminal where there is ample car parking – a charge of £5.00 for 24hrs or part thereof. Once on board you can enjoy the excellent facilities of a modern cruise liner with Cinema, Casino, Cabaret floor, Shops, Irish Bar, Cafeteria and the superb a la carte Restaurant. There’s plenty to do before you turn in for the night in your full en suite cabin. The same facilities are available on the return journey leaving the Continent on the Monday night, arriving back in Hull at approximately 8.00am on Tuesday 27th April where you will rejoin your coach for the journey back to York.
On arrival in Holland on Friday morning we will take you directly to the circuit arriving at approximately lunchtime. For those of you who do not wish to watch practice, the coach will go into nearby Assen where there are plenty of eating places, shops, etc. In the evening, the coach will take you to your hotel, where you are booked in for three nights. All hotel and ferry accommodation is based on two people sharing a cabin and twin or double room at the hotel where continental breakfast is also included. The hotel also offers super restaurant facilities. Lunch boxes can be arranged at Reception for you to pick up on race day for you to take to the circuit.
On Saturday our coach will visit the circuit for those who want to enjoy the day’s practice and for those who wish to explore the countryside, the coach will visit the market towns of northern Holland before taking a scenic route back to the circuit late afternoon. We then head back to the hotel for a quick shower, and you have the option of staying at the hotel or joining the coach, which will take you onto Groningen, which has dozens of bars and restaurants and is famous for its lively night life. Sunday is the big day, and the coach will leave the hotel at approximately 8.30am for the circuit for the full day’s activities. After the racing, the coach will return you to the hotel for a relaxing evening.
On Monday morning, the coach will leave at 8.30am to take you south to Amsterdam where you will spend the day exploring one of Europe’s most exciting cities before rejoining your coach to take you back to the Port for the sailing to Hull. Included in the above price are ferry and coach travel, excursions whilst in Holland and hotel accommodation including continental breakfast.

The Stena Britannica ferry leaves Harwich on Thursday 24th June at 9.00am. Arriving in Holland at approximately 4.15pm you will then proceed just a few yards from the terminal to the Railway Station to catch the train to Groningen where arrangements will be made for your transfer to your Hotel for your three night stay. Arrangements have been made for our coach from Hull to pick you up each day - the itinerary for the Friday and Saturday then becomes as tour GP10/9 On Sunday the coach will take the group to Amsterdam where you will have an hour or two to sight see before catching the train back to the Hook of Holland for the return crossing back to Harwich. There is ample car parking at Harwich, at a charge of £7 per day and there is also a train link from Liverpool Street Station, London that connects with the ferries. Included in the above price are ferry, rail and coach travel in Holland, excursions whilst in Holland and hotel accommodation including continental breakfast. Your accommodation is based on two people sharing a twin or double room. Your courier will ensure that you reach the circuit on Friday in good time for the day’s practice and advise you of the best viewing places. You will also be given times for the optional Friday evening visit to the Assen Street Party. Admission to the circuit is not included as everyone has their own preferences. General Admission is approximately £35 payable on race day but you are advised to book one of the grandstand seats which also includes circuit admission on race day – more details on our Grandstand ticket booking form.

With the continued growth of budget airlines such as Easijet, Jet 2 and Ryan Air the consumer has never been in a better position to take advantage of low cost travel.
